ROTARY TABLE T14
Description
The rotary table shot blasting machine is a simple, compact, and highly functional solution for surface treatment of medium‑sized parts. The system can be installed directly on the floor, without the need for masonry work or dedicated foundations, reducing setup time and costs.
Operation is intuitive: parts are placed on the rotary table, which continuously rotates to expose the upper and side surfaces to the abrasive action of the centrifugal turbine. This configuration ensures uniform blasting, ideal for repetitive cycles or components with regular geometries.
The machine features a table with a 1,400 mm diameter and 600 mm working height, with a maximum load capacity of up to 1,000 kg. It is particularly suitable for molds, castings, mechanical components, structural elements, and other parts requiring uniform and controlled surface treatment.
Its simple design, combined with the robustness of the table and the reliability of the turbine, makes this solution extremely versatile, cost‑effective, and easy to maintain—perfect for installations in both centralized production environments and auxiliary or dedicated departments.
1400 mm Rotary Table
The T14 shot blasting machine features a one‑piece blasting chamber made of manganese steel, designed to ensure high wear resistance and long service life. The abrasive treatment is performed by a 7.5 kW centrifugal turbine, model TB360, installed in an optimal position to provide uniform shot projection on all exposed surfaces.
Both the turbine and the rotary table are controlled via inverters, allowing automatic adjustment of rotation speed and abrasive throwing intensity. This configuration enables the system to adapt to different types of parts, materials, and finish levels, ensuring maximum operational flexibility and consistent treatment quality.
The machine is equipped with a complete abrasive recovery, classification, and dust removal system, integrated with a self‑cleaning cartridge filter, available in FC2 or FC4 versions. This ensures effective purification of dusty air and its release into the atmosphere in full compliance with current environmental regulations.
The entire installation is designed in accordance with safety regulations and complies with European CE certification standards, ensuring reliability, operator protection, and environmental sustainability. Every structural component is made of manganese steel, with thicknesses suitable to guarantee high mechanical strength and significantly reduced maintenance over time.
No Rubber. All Manganese.
In industrial applications, material quality is not a detail – it’s a key factor for production continuity and cost sustainability. That’s why in our shot blasting machines we’ve completely removed rubber linings and replaced them with components made entirely of manganese steel.
The rotary table, a critical component of the system, is no longer cast iron – it’s built from high‑strength manganese steel. This choice ensures longer service life, reduced surface wear, and a dramatic reduction in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. With no materials prone to rapid deterioration, the machine operates more reliably with fewer interruptions.
The benefit is not just technical but also economic and environmental: fewer spare parts, less downtime, and less waste to dispose of. Eliminating rubber also removes issues related to irregular wear, abrasive contamination, and disposal of worn materials.
Structural strength, operational reliability, and environmental responsibility come together in one engineering choice: using manganese instead of rubber. A solution that considers the entire life cycle of the machine, not just its construction.
Effortless Maintenance
Every minute of downtime directly impacts production costs. To minimize this, the T14 Table has been designed with a clear focus on maintenance: dedicated access doors allow quick, targeted interventions even in traditionally hard‑to‑reach areas.
The mechanical layout and easy‑open inspection panels minimize downtime for cleaning, replacements, or routine checks. The result is superior maintainability, translating into higher operational efficiency and consistent machine availability.
The entire design serves the needs of those working in production every day: practicality, speed of intervention, and reduced complexity are built into productivity. A well‑designed machine shows its quality not only in how it works but in how easily it’s maintained.
Optimized Dimensions and Space
LOADING HEIGHT: The table’s loading height is set at just 600 mm from the floor—an optimal value that allows ergonomic operation for operators of any height, without the need for lifts or auxiliary equipment. This feature improves accessibility, reduces physical strain, and contributes to a safer, more productive workspace.
The system is designed to deliver maximum efficiency within a compact layout, balancing a small footprint with high operational capacity. Its structural dimensions allow installation even in space‑restricted production areas, without compromising accessibility to loading, inspection, or maintenance points.
The internal component arrangement is optimized to ensure a smooth workflow: every operational or technical task can be performed quickly and safely thanks to functionality‑driven design choices. The result is a machine that is compact, efficient, and easily integrated into any industrial process.
