DTBL 8x5-4TR
Machine Overview
The DTBL 8X5‑4TR shot blasting machine is designed to deliver maximum efficiency with minimal operational footprint. Thanks to its self‑supporting structure, it can be installed directly on the floor without the need for additional masonry work. This feature reduces installation time and costs, making it ideal for dynamic production environments or layouts requiring flexibility.
Tunnel‑type shot blasting machines with a manganese mesh belt offer one of the simplest, most versatile, and cost‑effective solutions for surface treatment of large production batches. Parts are placed directly on the belt, which carries them through the blasting chamber, ensuring smooth and continuous movement.
Blasting is performed by four opposing turbines, each with 7.5 kW power, arranged to provide complete and uniform coverage of every part, avoiding shadow areas or uneven treatment. The combination of turbine directionality and continuous belt movement ensures a consistent surface finish, even on complex geometries.
The machine provides a working passage of 800 × 500 mm, making it ideal for medium‑sized mechanical components, light structures, profiles, and cast parts, ensuring high productivity with consistent quality.

Manganese Steel Mesh
Tunnel Shot Blaster. Power Meets Precision.
A self‑supporting manganese steel chamber. Built for strength, made to last. Inside, four high‑speed turbines angled at 15° deliver full coverage on every surface.
Smart inverters control each turbine, adjusting power and speed for every part. Perfect blasting, every time.
Dual vestibules with abrasion‑resistant rubber barriers keep abrasive inside and your workspace clean.
At the exit, an integrated air‑blow system removes residual shot automatically.
A full recovery and filtration system with the FC6 self‑cleaning cartridge filter ensures clean air emissions, meeting strict environmental standards.
Every detail is engineered for safety, efficiency, and durability—fully compliant with European CE standards.
The Mn12% steel transport system prevents wear and avoids shadow zones. Belt speed is inverter‑controlled, adjustable from 0.5 to 5.0 m/s.
